sword-meets-rose: thetwelfthdoctor: yesiamjaycie: I want to try this you guys, please reblog :) This is my dad. He’s ill with Lou Gherig’s disease or ALS. All the muscle in his body is slowly dying. At the moment he can’t move or speak. He probably won’t make it until Christmas. His mind is still sane ,so he’s trapped inside his own body. Because ALS isn’t really a famous disease, not much research is done for it. That’s why it’s his goal to make his disease as well-known as possible. He’s been in several tv and magazine campaigns, and I thought to help my daddy a little :) So please reblog and let everyone know this horrible disease exists! He would be really happy about it :) Don’t normally do this but since you didn’t call me cruel or heartless, I will. Reblogging because my cousin is suffering from the same thing. This is a horrible disease. ALS is horrible. There was a DJ in town who had it. It was so sad seeing/hearing what he had to go through. I have no idea what you’re going through, but I love my dad too and if he had to suffer the way you say your dad is, well, that’d break my heart and I’d want someone to care. <3
